Questions which should be considered concerning an infrastructure of objects and halls:

    *      How many computers it is possible to unite in a network?

    *      Whether there is a built in system of strengthening of a sound?
    *      Whether the sound equipment is checked up? Whether there is an additional?
    *      Whether the height of a ceiling for presentation of stands,
           the equipment etc. is sufficient?
    *      The hall is how much well blacked out?
    *      Whether the additional equipment can be given?
    *      What maintenance is given for the operative permission of arising problems?
    *      Who will provide safety and safe use of the equipment?
    *      Whether requirements on the additional equipment, arisen can be fulfilled
           at the last minute?
    *      Who is responsible for the lost, stolen or damaged equipment?
    *      Whether before action the hall is accessible to necessary preparation?
